Becoming a mother can open a door to your own healing and generations to come. It takes a lot of courage to face these parts of ourselves but the rewards are immeasurable.

Growing a family can have many twists and turns. Whether it is grieving and processing losses - miscarriage, stillbirth, or diagnosis of fetal abnormality. Your journey might include healing from traumatic childbirth, adjustment to motherhood, infant attachment concerns, identity, role, and relationship changes or conflicts.
