Infertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum wellness.

  • Birth of a mother.

When a baby is born so is a mother. Nothing can truly prepare us for this incredible transformation. While many women experience tremendous joy during this time, it is just as common for mothers to feel intense grief, loss, insecurity and sadness. If you do, you are not alone. Sometimes all we need is a compassionate and grounding presence on the journey.

  • Healing your past.

Becoming a mother can bring up many old wounds or confusing feelings about our own childhood. We all deserve a safe space to explore these memories, deep beliefs and patterns that we have been carrying around for many years. Becoming a mother can open a door to your own healing and generations to come. It takes a lot of courage to face these parts of ourselves but the rewards are immeasurable.

  • Growing a family.

Growing a family can have many twists and turns. Whether it is grieving and processing losses - miscarriage, stillbirth, or diagnosis of fetal abnormality. Your journey might include healing from traumatic childbirth, adjustment to motherhood, infant attachment concerns, identity, role, and relationship changes or conflicts. We can build a safe container together for all these feelings to be processed and released.

A little about me.

I deeply believe we could change the world if each woman became a mother in a community where she was cherished, nurtured and revered. As a therapist I enjoy working collaboratively and authentically with each of my clients. I am a mother myself and bring my personal and professional experience to my work. I see each person as a whole being with infinite potential for healing and thriving. Becoming a mother is a sacred rite of passage and I view my work with mothers through this lens. Each woman leaves behind one identity to gain another when she becomes a mother. The labor of becoming a mother does not end with the birth of her child, it is just the beginning. You can think of me as your mother doula, supporting and advocating for you on the birth of your new identity as a mother. Also click my About page to learn more about me. the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.” Mary Oliver
